Fieldtrips can be scheduled four times a day, Mondays - Fridays from October 4 - October 31, at 9:30 am, 11am, 1 pm, and 3pm. The L-C Valley Pumpkin Patch fieldtrips are fun educational experiences with some flexibility to customize your visit to the needs of your class. Each 45-minute session can have up to 24 children per one time slot. If your field trip group has more 24 students you will need to book the appropriate number of time slots.
When arriving and checking into the L-C Valley Pumpkin Patch (PP), you will meet your PP teacher. The session will begin by singing a few songs and reading a story or two. Next your PP teacher will facilitate a scavenger hunt for your students, followed by a talk about how pumpkins grow. Followed by snack and juice with a PP sticker and mini pumpkin. Your session ends with an opportunity to take a class photo and tour the grounds until your time is over.
